This includes rider development in road, track, mountain-bike, cyclo-cross, and BMX racing along with the promotion of cycling for recreation and transportation, through cycling advocacy and trail maintenance.

An outdoor fitness company based out of Allen Bill Pond and the surrounding trails offers 6 week programs and drop in sessions combining running/hiking, cycling and kayaking. Crystal Shimoon is a CSEP certified personal traine.
